Job Description

We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a groundskeeper to keep the Grand Naniloa Hotel looking beautiful. You’ll follow the crew leader to perform lawn care and maintenance duties for our customers including mowing, fertilizing, mulching, edging, raking, pruning, and any additional landscaping tasks. Job seekers should take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working with others. Responsibilities:

• Make sure lawn care, groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance duties are completed including mulching, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, raking, edging, and pruning
• Provide clients with recommendations to maintain their landscaping design
• Put pesticide on greenery when needed for weed control
• Assist your team with customers’ landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance
• Tend to flower beds using a sprinkler or irrigation system

Qualifications:

• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
• Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member
