Position: Graphic Designer

For over 10 years , we’ve built a reputation as one of the city’s most innovative print and embroidery houses partnering with brands, artists, and businesses to bring their ideas to life.

At MMM, we specialize in  pushing the limits of screen printing , constantly developing new techniques, experimenting with textures, and refining our craft to achieve the highest level of quality and creativity. Our capabilities also include  embroidery and live event activations , where we merge art, technology, and hands-on production to create unique experiences.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented  Graphic Designer that has past screen printing and embroidery experience and that has basic knowledge of excel to join our growing team.

This is a  hands-on, hybrid role that bridges creativity and operations — ideal for someone with a  graphic design background who understands  screen printing and embroidery artwork and wants to learn the operational side of production.

This position offers a clear path for advancement — with the potential to grow into a  Production Analyst or  Creative Operations role for the right candidate who’s eager to learn and take initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creative & Production Tasks:

• Prepare and format artwork for  screen printing, embroidery, and DTF using  Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .
• Review and proof files for proper sizing, color separations, and embroidery digitizing (DST, EMB, PDF formats).
• Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.
• Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.

Operations & Support Tasks:

• Track production jobs and assist with scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Help maintain logs and reports using  basic Excel/Google Sheets (SUM formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Support management with order coordination, inventory tracking, and workflow improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of  graphic design or print production experience .
• Proficient in  Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required).
• Basic knowledge of  Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, and tracking).
• Familiar with  screen printing or embroidery processes, or eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A  team player with a  positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Awesome):

• Experience with  Printavo or similar production management software.
• Familiarity with  embroidery machines (Barudan, Brother, Tajima) or  screen printing equipment .
• Understanding of  production timelines , mockup approvals, or order workflows.
