The Grants Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire grant lifecycle. This includes researching potential funding sources, writing grant proposals, managing awarded funds, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, monitoring project progress, and submitting required reports to funders, essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all grant-related activities within Recreation Northwest. To be effective in this position, the Grants Manager must work collaboratively with Recreation Northwest and its constituents, demonstrating a deep understanding of our program needs grantors, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure that those perspectives are incorporated into the grant-making process.
