Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This is a highly responsible administrative position that functions with a high degree of visibility to the Emergency Communications Board and with all Florida 911 coordinators. An employee in this position provides administrative, contractual and managerial support to Florida county 911 systems. The selected candidate will provide contractual support to the counties, review grant applications for compliance with state requirements, review and approve grant reimbursement packages submitted by counties, perform database queries to generate reports for agency staff, assist the ECB acccountant in processing fee remittance and perform quality assurance reviews of the fee remittance data to ensure accuracy and other administrative functions in support of the ECB and DMS-DIVTEL 911 section.
