We are currently hiring a GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER!
This position oversees the day-to-day operation of a restaurant facility that serves proprietary and/or brand food products and beverages. The General Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business unit’s sales, profitability, expense control, inventory, customer service, safety, and condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service, supervision of staff, and operating within the scope of company and/or brand policies and standards and applicable laws. The General Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager. This is a working manager position, meaning there is no back office to sit in. The manager works alongside the crew and is expected to do everything they would ask of their crew and the administrative portion is only 5-10 hours a week.
