**Job Description** We are seeking motivated and skilled production workers to join our team across five different buildings. Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy equipment repair, forklift repair, operation of heavy equipment, and possess a mechanical mindset. Familiarity with automotive mechanics, farm equipment, and engine repair is preferred. **Responsibilities** + Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately. + Operate mobile equipment and machine operations to support the APU's process and procedures. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Multitask, pay attention to detail and precision, and communicate effectively. + Perform other general tasks as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. + Ability to pass a basic skills assessment in reading comprehension, math, inspection and measuring, and monitoring/problem solving. + Must be able to lift 50 pounds. + Excellent attendance and safety record. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. + Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment. + Ability to work a 3-2-2 schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and overtime. + Capability to work 12-hour shifts without rotation, with initial assignment to night shift. + Experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment with exposure to heat/cold conditions. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits and PTO, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. The site specializes in aluminum can sheet production for the packaging industry, particularly for beverage containers.
