General Liability Claims Adjuster (Temp to Perm)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GL Adjuster to join our P&C Carrier. Responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex commercial casualty claims, including General Liability, Property Damage, and Construction Defect. The role requires interpreting policy language, negotiating settlements, managing litigated files, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve claims in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Handle claims across various commercial lines including General Liability and Construction Defect.

Conduct detailed investigations, manage reserves, and negotiate fair settlements.

Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigated files.

Maintain accurate claim documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:
Florida based remote option, but preferably in the Tampa Bay area to be in office.

5+ years of experience in commercial liability claims.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, claim handling, and litigation management.

Claim Adjuster’s license and Construction Defect experience a plus.
