This position is located at ACNR Mine Services, Inc. in Clarington, OH. We are seeking hard working, motivated individuals.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Repair and fabricate mining equipment and machinery
• Ability to sandblast and operate equipment for power washing
• Ability to learn, work with, and interact with fellow employees in a friendly and safe work environment
• Performing tasks effectively and efficiently
• Working safely in all areas

Experience

· No previous experience required

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Trade school certifications or any form of advanced education allow for a possible higher starting salary
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standard
• MSHA Certification (training available if needed)
• Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test and background check
• Must be able to successfully complete industry approved training courses
• Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Schedule and Physical Demands

• Must be able to work 8–9-hour work days Monday – Friday with possible overtime, weekends and holidays as needed or as schedule requires (subject to applicant’s religious practices)
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule on a 24/7 basis (subject to the applicant’s religious practices)
• Ability/willingness to work different shifts when assigned
• Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere when needed
• Ability to perform heavy labor and lift 50+ pounds as needed
