Full Time Nanny in Charlottesville, VA

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Nanny to provide exceptional care for a 7-month-old baby and assist with light household tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in newborn/infant care, can help with developmental milestone, is reliable, nurturing, and able to handle a busy household. Some travelling with the family will be needed. 

Hourly Rate: $25 - $30

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (with occasional Sundays as needed). Guaranteed hours every week.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infant Care: Provide attentive and nurturing care for a 3-month-old, including feeding, diapering, and helping with developmental milestones.
• Childcare: Occasionally assist with care for a 6-year-old during school hours or when he is home.
• Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children, such as organizing toys and preparing snacks.
• Travel Flexibility: Be open to traveling occasionally, though this is not a primary requirement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Strong experience with newborns/infants is essential.
• Covid-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated.
• Must be willing to sign an NDA if hired.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Show proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
