We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join the team. We’re building an entirely new digital ecosystem for a new company brand we are launching —and we need a Full-Stack Developer who can help bring that vision to life. This role sits at the center of our modern web platform: a headless Contentful-powered architecture, a new global design system, a unified DAM, advanced search and personalization, and a roadmap of features that span marketing, product storytelling, and customer experience. As our Full-Stack Developer, you’ll help engineer the front door of our new brand—building reusable components, integrating best-in-class MarTech tools, enabling global content operations, and ensuring a performant, secure, scalable foundation that can support years of expansion.
You’ll partner closely with our agency engineering teams during the core site build, then take increasing ownership over the codebase, component library, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. The work you do here will directly shape how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with a next-generation software business.
• Develop and maintain modern, scalable front-end components leveraging React, TypeScript, and our growing design system.
• Build and optimize back-end services and APIs to support dynamic content, integrations, and data flow across our digital ecosystem.
• Implement Contentful-compatible components and templates that enable efficient authoring, localization, and regional deployment.
• Integrate MarTech and data tools including analytics, tag management, personalization, DAM, and search (e.g., Algolia, GTM, Cloudflare, Qualified).
• Partner with UX, design, and content teams to translate experience requirements into performant, accessible implementations.
• Drive technical quality across the stack—code reviews, documentation, testing, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Build and enhance a shared component library that enables consistency and repeatability across campaign pages, landing pages, and product experiences. support global and multilingual requirements with scalable architecture, internationalization/i18n patterns, and content modeling best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows to ensure smooth deployment, versioning, and environment management.
• Participate in QA, readiness testing, and debugging to maintain a stable, enterprise-grade website and content platform.
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development in digital or SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks (React preferred), and CSS frameworks.
• Experience building secure, scalable back-end services using Node.js or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to integrate with headless CMS platforms, ideally Contentful (content models, rendering patterns, localization).
• Solid understanding of API development, REST/GraphQL, and integration patterns across MarTech and data tools.
• Experience with cloud hosting, CDNs, and performance engineering, ideally on Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, or similar.
• Familiarity with component-based design systems, working closely with UX/UI partners to translate designs into flexible, reusable code.
• Comfort with DevOps fundamentals—CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, SEO technical foundations, and responsive best practices.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with experience helping teams adopt agile practices, accelerate iteration cycles, and strengthen engineering rigor as the codebase grows.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across design, content, marketing, and product stakeholders.\
