Job Description

We are looking for experienced psychology educators to join our team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and assist in developing high-quality learning content for prominent book publishers. This fully remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to accept or decline assignments based on your availability and teaching schedule, so it won't interfere with your current commitments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be an essential part of creating educational materials used by students at all levels across the United States.

We are particularly interested in educators with expertise in the following areas:

Neuroscience (with a focus on drugs and behavior)
Human Sexuality
Developmental/Lifespan Psychology
Educational Psychology
Health Psychology
Research Methods

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Developing assessment content for various psychology topics
Creating question banks and course materials
Writing instructor manuals and teaching guides
Your contributions will directly impact learning materials used by some of the largest academic publishers worldwide. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house Instructional Designers, receiving constructive feedback to enhance the content you create.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
1-2+ years of teaching experience at the collegiate level
Experience in writing educational content or developing assessments
Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for content creation
Must be based in the United States
