**Role Overview** **SodexoMagic** has an opportunity for a **Food Service Manager who will support food and beverage operations at the Delta Sky Club within Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).** Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. **Incentives** Paid Airport Parking **What You'll Do** + have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product; + support both front and back of house operations; + achieve company and client financial targets and goals; + develop and maintain client and customer relationships; + motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or + ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
