Job Description
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Family Practice in western Colorado. Will consider experienced providers only. No new graduates. Other provider on site. Anticipated patient load will be 15 - 20 ppd. Schedule will be M - F, 8a - 5p. No call and no weekends. Salary will be $110 - 125k with a comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice. Health insurance, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Financial relocation assistance.
