Responsibilities: • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives. • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan. • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on clients' potential life and financial needs. • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools. • Create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor. • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services. Qualifications: • 2 years of sales experience or related marketing experience preferred. • Some industry or product knowledge is preferred. • A self-starter who loves contributing to team goals. • A consistent top performer in sales. • Enjoys talking and meeting with prospects, presenting solutions, closing deals, and asking for referrals. • Relationship management skills are required. • Entrepreneurial Spirit. • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas. • Ability to successfully network or use social media to prospect for new clients is a must. • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills. • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
