Job Summary: The Finance Manager at Auffenberg Dealer Group will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership in Shiloh, Illinois. This is a full-time management position in the Automotive industry, offering a competitive base salary plus commission. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations, providing guidance and support to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Compensation & Benefits: The Finance Manager at Auffenberg Dealer Group will receive a generous compensation package. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a commission based on their performance. Responsibilities: Oversee all finance and insurance operations, including but not limited to, reviewing and approving customer credit applications, preparing loan or lease contracts, and obtaining required signatures and verifications. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective and ethical sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership targets. Provide guidance and support to the sales team on financing options, aftermarket products, and other financial services available to customers. Maintain strong relationships with finance sources and negotiate terms to secure competitive rates for customers. Stay current with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to automotive financing and ensure dealership compliance. Manage and maintain accurate and complete financial records, provide reports to management, and assist in forecasting and budgeting. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and lease programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with dealership management systems. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
