Job Title: Express Car Wash Manager Company Overview: At Wash Masters we pride ourselves on delivering fast, high quality car wash services and also building our monthly memberships. we're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our team. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Express Car Wash Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, making sure we meet our goals on a monthly basis,and experience in managing car wash operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the car wash facility.
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Familiar with DRB POS system.
• At Wash Master we focus a lot on memberships and acheivng our monthly goal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash weather its detail, express, or flex
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of car wash equipment and cleaning processes.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary start 60K-70K per year, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
