Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 / year

Job Summary

Lead a world-class culinary team in a growing and dynamic environment in Westlake Village, CA as an Executive Chef. Enjoy a Monday-Friday work schedule and showcase your culinary expertise and leadership skills to build outstanding student dining experiences at Oaks Christian School located in Westlake Village, Los Angeles County, CA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost controls and strictly control expenditures for the account
• Plan and develop ambitious and innovative menus
• Purchase and meticulously manage inventory
• Successfully implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of proven culinary management experience
• Essential high-volume production and catering experience
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
