Event Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Event Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to help design and implement creative event campaigns focused on attracting, engaging, and converting attendees.
• On-Site Event Management: Help coordinate the setup and operation of promotional displays, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the brand’s presence is felt at every touchpoint.
• Customer Engagement and Sales: Actively engage with event attendees, share product information, and support the sales process by helping customers discover new products and services.
• Track Event Performance: Assist in gathering data during events, measuring customer interactions, and providing valuable insights to enhance future campaigns.
• Support Event Logistics: Help manage event timelines, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all aspects of the event are delivered on time and within budget.
