Job Description

As an Event Assistant, you will play an essential role in promoting our clients' products and services at live events and promotional activities. You will be responsible for engaging attendees, representing brands, setting up and managing event displays, and ensuring smooth event operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, brand promotion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the promotion of our clients' products and services at events, ensuring that the brand message is clearly communicated and effectively showcased to attendees.
• Actively engage with event attendees, providing product demonstrations, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event displays, ensuring that all branding materials, products, and promotional assets are properly arranged.
• Help with the coordination and smooth running of event operations, including managing event schedules, ensuring materials are available, and assisting with logistics.
• Encourage product interest and drive sales through effective communication and customer interaction at events.
• Represent our clients’ brands with professionalism, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image throughout each event.
• Provide feedback on event performance, customer insights, and recommendations for future improvements. Help with post-event reports to assess engagement and success.
• Work with other event staff, marketing teams, and client representatives to ensure a successful event experience and seamless coordination.

• Strong interest in event coordination, brand promotion, and customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic event environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to travel and work at various event locations.
• Prior experience in events, sales, or promotions is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
