Job Description

Overview:

As an Operator I, you will run one of the following machines: CMSA (auto packer), Box Former (SPMC/RP200/TF200), Continuous Bin Tipper (CBT). CMSA primary duties are to ensure the 4 machines are continuously running and applying the correct number of bags into the box as well as ensuring the correct label is being placed on the box. Box former primary duties are managing the number of available boxes needed to complete orders, ensuring that the boxes are being formed correctly, and identifying any mechanical issues. Continuous Bin Tippers primary duties are to ensure the correct product is being brought to the line, conducting Wet Process Audit, monitoring the fruit flow.

Here's what you'll do:

• Using multiple apps to record essential production data
• Consumption of dry goods materials
• Communicating with multiple groups of individuals from Quality Control to Reliability
• Escalating issues to on-site production supervisor or manager.
• Work with others to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with machine.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Involvement with Continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently with minimal supervision
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure, stress, or strict time constraints
• Effectively work well with a diverse group of people with different personalities
• Requires in-person interaction with different groups of people

Pay Rate: $18.05

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer Skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Organization skills and attention to detail
• Some basic mechanical skills for use of wrenches, screwdrivers, or other such hand tools.
• Ability to lift 35lbs
