We are currently hiring an entry level Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer in our Environmental division at our Richmond, VA office. The Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer will support environmental monitoring projects for both ecological and remediation services (such as soil management oversight, stormwater inspection oversight, wetland and stream delineations, etc.). A successful candidate will be able to perform various tasks including field work, data collection, environmental oversight on construction sites, and support project managers on various projects.
Duties
Assist with environmental oversight at active construction sites
Assist with records documentation and report writing.
Support field leads and project managers.
0-5 Years of experience required /preferred
BS in Environmental Science, Engineering. or Geology preferred MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Ability to walk all day over rough terrain
Ability to travel regularly
