Salary Up to $130,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Kentucky

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security functions within the organization.
  • Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE&Q regulations.
  • Develop strategic plans for HSE initiatives and facilitate change to improve performance.
  • Coach and communicate HSE&Q strategies to the team, ensuring everyone understands and complies with requirements.
  • Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.
  • Support and carry out the company’s Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in an OHS-related field preferred; advanced degree or professional certification (CIH, CRSP, or CSP) is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of OHS-related experience in heavy manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
