Responsible for managing the EHS function (80% safety & health/20% environmental) for (3) production plants in Tennesse and Kentucky with the main focus at their largest plant in Nashville. The role reports to the Director of Operations and directly supervises (1) EHS Generalist. Bachelor of Science degree required.
Key Requirements:
Position will continue strengthening their safety culture journey and enhancing programs such as ergonomics, machine guarding, etc. Need to create engagement and integrate manufacturing and plant leadership to drive safety improvements. Roll out corporate programs/systems and provide EHS strategic leadership by working closely with Corporate EHS.
