What You'll Do:

• Load and unload asphalt paving equipment
• Prep and clean residential and commercial job sites
• Operate tools and equipment (we’ll train you!)
• Work outdoors Monday–Friday (optional Saturdays)
• Grow your skills over time with CDL, safety, and equipment training

What You Bring:

• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Gordonville
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in a physical role
• A team mindset – respectful, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Clean driving record (within 3 years) preferred
