Position Overview
Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our communications department, supporting various initiatives and projects that contribute to our organization's objectives. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will assist in developing strategies to enhance internal and external communications, helping to promote our mission and values to a wider audience.
Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.
Maintain and update the organization’s social media profiles and website content.
Conduct research to gather information for communication projects and presentations.
Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on communication metrics.
Coordinate meetings and communication schedules with team members and stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of public relations principles and communication strategies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
