**Now Hiring/** **Entry Level/Junior Buyer onsite in San Mateo, CA** **3 days in office 2 day Remote (Hybrid) : 8AM-5PM** **$24.00-$25.00/DOE** **6 Month Contract Role+** **About:** The individual will be supporting the US Procurement team and will be based in the San Mateo office. **Job Title: Entry-Level Buyer / Junior Buyer** **Job Requirements:** **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. + 0-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (internships or co-op experience preferred). **Skills & Competencies:** + Basic understanding of purchasing processes and procurement principles. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) + Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus but not required. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the purchasing of goods and services in accordance with company policies. + Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. + Create and process purchase orders under the guidance of senior buyers or managers. + Track order status, follow up with vendors, and update internal stakeholders as needed. + Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records. + Help resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues. + Maintain proper documentation and compliance with procurement procedures. **Other:** + Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop a career in procurement. + Team player with a proactive attitude. \#p1 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
