What You'll Do

Manage and guide a talented team of electricians across various projects.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety procedures and codes.
Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
Provide guidance and training for emerging electricians and apprentices.
Partner with project managers to plan timelines and budget effectively.
Address and resolve electrical complications efficiently.
Maintain precise records of projects, including timelines and materials used.
Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and team members for seamless project delivery.

Essential Skills

Possess a valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician license.
5+ years in the electrical field, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Detailed understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safe practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication prowess.
Skillful in reading and understanding blueprints and technical specifications.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical challenges.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a strong team-player attitude.
Must Have: Journeyman License. HVAC experience is a plus.
