Get to Know Your Team: * UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Performs ultrasound procedures for all ages by utilizing imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. Qualifications Job Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Qualified second year student from an allied Health Echocardiography program
• Echo Registry eligible per ICAEL standards
• CPR Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CPR Certified Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date.
• Echo registered in RDCS or RCS within six (6) months of hire date.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Allied Health degree in Cardiac Ultrasound experience performing Echocardiagraphy studies
• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Echocardiography studies
