Conduct door-to-door community outreach to engage with homeowners by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes.
Meet or exceed goals of 50 leads a week that convert to at least 3 sales per week.
Work independently while contributing to a competitive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Educate homeowners on eco-friendly lawn care practices and integrated pest management.
This role is a direct path to a promotion! Top performers have the chance to join our lawn care production team in the Spring of 2026.
Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour.
For every 2 leads you generate that turn into sales, your pay increases by $1/hour for the week.
