Job Title: Door Installer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $18 per hour
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Some overtime depending on the project

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of doors, including commercial and residential. You will work with clients to ensure quality installations and troubleshoot any issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of door types, including residential, commercial, and garage doors.
• Measure, cut, and modify door frames to ensure a perfect fit.
• Inspect and repair existing doors and hardware, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Work with clients to assess their needs and provide professional installation and maintenance services.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in door installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Familiarity with different types of doors (wood, steel, aluminum, garage doors, etc.).
• Experience using power tools and hand tools relevant to door installation.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision during installations.
• Proficiency in measuring and using power tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Customer service skills for interacting with clients during installations and repairs.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site installation issues.
