Dogs are living, breathing creatures with real needs. They can’t “wait until tomorrow” to be let out, and they don’t care if it’s raining, cold, or if you’re tired.

🐾 Our schedule is based on the DOGS' needs—not personal preference. If you're looking for a job where you can set your own hours or make last-minute schedule changes, this isn't it. Our pups need routine, structure, and consistency—so your shifts will be set (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).

📢 Most importantly: These dogs will bond with you. If you leave after a short time, they won’t just be disappointed—they may become confused, anxious, or even depressed. We’re looking for someone who will be a stable, comforting presence in their lives for the long haul.

Rain, Snow, or Blazing Heat—Dogs Still Need Their Walks!

We are like the postal service of pet care—we work in ALL weather conditions because dogs rely on us Monday-Friday.

• Snow on the ground? Bundle up—it’s walking time!
• Blistering hot sun? Hydrate, find shade, and keep moving!
• Pouring rain & wind? Grab your rain gear—dogs still have to go outside!

If you love the outdoors in every season, this is the job for you. If you prefer climate-controlled offices, this isn't.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven Job Stability – If you have a history of frequent job changes (less than 1 year in multiple positions), this isn’t the right fit. We invest in training and want team members who will stick around.
• 18+ with a Reliable Car & Driver’s License – If you hate driving in rain, wind, or the occasional snowstorm, this won’t be a good fit.
• 1+ Years of Professional Experience in animal care or caregiving.
• A True Dog Enthusiast – You don’t just like dogs—you understand them!
• Reliable & Accountable – If calling out last minute is a habit, this isn’t the job for you.
• Local Knowledge – Must live within 15 minutes of McCollum Park (Everett).
• Long-Term Commitment – These dogs will bond with you. If you can’t commit for at least a year, please don’t apply.
• Physical & Mental Readiness – Walking 5+ miles, lifting 50 lbs, and making quick decisions are all part of the job. M ore details here:
