Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote products or services. This role involves a variety of tasks, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation, to drive brand awareness and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies to effectively grow an online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO and SEM Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with the target audience and boost brand visibility.
Content Creation: Create and manage content (blog posts, videos, infographics) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and increase conversions. Analyze open rates and click-through rates to improve performance.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as ROI, website traffic, and lead generation.
Website and Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web designers and developers to optimize the website and landing pages for lead generation, user experience, and conversion rates.
Brand Awareness & Lead Generation: Drive online traffic and generate qualified leads through a variety of marketing tactics, including paid ads, social media, and content marketing.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, best practices, and industry news.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Proficient in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize strategies.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop unique marketing strategies.
