About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated, data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and help our eyecare clients achieve long-term success.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including SEO, content, design, and development to ensure the seamless execution of digital strategies that align with client objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze client performance (via tools like Google Analytics, CRM), continuously optimizing strategies based on insights, trends, and client feedback.
• Project Management: Oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results that meet scope and client expectations.
• Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improving their digital marketing success.
• Innovation & Strategy Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, proposing new initiatives and strategies that drive client success and expand satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Proven experience in designing and optimizing digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals, especially in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems to analyze and refine digital marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with experience in healthcare or medical industries a plus.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to pivot strategies to address evolving client needs with creative, data-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience in the healthcare or eyecare industry is a plus.
