Digital Community Manager
Remote Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Community Manager to join our Marketing team and help shape the future of our brand's social and community presence. In this role, you'll take the lead in expanding our digital footprint by engaging with audiences across social platforms and spearheading the creation of a brand-new digital community.

The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting people, building meaningful relationships, and fostering vibrant communities. You'll have the opportunity to identify and grow relevant social groups, collaborate with influencers, and drive engagement strategies to amplify our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Dive deep into the world of commercial repair software, staying updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
Conceptualize, design, and launch a new digital community inspired by the success of existing events like annual conferences.
Develop strategies to grow and sustain community membership while creating spaces where members feel engaged and valued.
Actively participate in conversations, moderate discussions as needed, and foster relationships with community members and influencers.
Manage and grow our social presence across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and others.
Plan, create, and manage content calendars and promotional schedules to align with events and campaigns.
Get creative—develop social-worthy content by filming videos, building visual assets, and repurposing materials from webinars, trade shows, and other initiatives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-specific content that resonates with each audience.
Stay ahead of social media trends, evaluating and experimenting with emerging platforms and strategies.
Track and analyze key social and community metrics, maintaining detailed reports and sharing insights with leadership.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed to help the team achieve its goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media or digital community management with a proven track record of growing brand awareness.

Preferred:

Experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
Familiarity with freight, transportation, or related industries.

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their unique cultures.
Demonstrated success in building and growing online communities.
Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with a creative problem-solving approach.
Ability to establish clear goals and consistently report on progress.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role is primarily remote and requires regular computer use.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit, type, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Clear vision, color recognition, and focus adjustments are essential for reviewing content and graphics.
Work environment noise levels are typically moderate.
