Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer III to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.

In this role you'll design, develop, and maintain complex applications in a mainframe environment. You’ll work through all phases of system analysis and development to support key information processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system specifications to design, code, test, and debug applications.
• Prepare detailed specifications for complex programs.
• Document and maintain applications to ensure efficient operation.
• Research and develop or modify systems based on scope and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience with mainframe development, COBOL, DB2, and IMS.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle project goals under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and attention to detail.
