Role: ITSM ITAM CMDB Data quality analyst Location: Remote
Job Summary - Analyze and resolve discrepancies in records, ensuring data accuracy in CMDB (ServiceNow) such as inaccurate data attributes, model mapping issues, data import errors, change impacts, and duplicate records.
- Apply deep technical knowledge in the implementation and management of Change, and Service Catalog processes to improve CMDB integrity.
- Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CMDB updates, ensuring quality assurance.
- Update and manage Configuration Items (CIs), their attributes, and relationships within the CMDB using scripts, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
- Provide ongoing end-user support and issue resolution, ensuring timely solve and maintenance.
- Supervise key dashboards and action to maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics.
Applications will be accepted until 20 Feb 2025 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $[73,000 - 95,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
