Description We are inviting applications for the role of Data Entry Clerk in our organization. The role is based in Conroe, Texas, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining our customer database, ensuring accuracy, and organizing files. Responsibilities: - Accurately process and organize customer data entries - Update and verify the contact information in our database regularly - Identify and archive contacts that are no longer active - Merge duplicate records to avoid confusion and maintain an efficient database - Implement standardized data entry practices to maintain consistency - Use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook) for various tasks - Utilize our CRM system, DealCloud, to manage and update customer data (training will be provided) - Be responsive in resolving customer inquiries and issues - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on the status - Maintain professional email correspondence with customers. Requirements - Must possess strong 10 Key Skills - Excellent Customer Service skills required - Proficiency in Data Entry is essential - Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel - Experience in Organizing Files is necessary - Proficiency in Database Management is required - High school diploma or equivalent educational experience - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask - Good verbal and written communication skills - Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
