We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our team in a fully remote role. Through this remote position, you will support our data operations by accurately entering, updating, and managing data in a flexible remote work environment. Perform accurate data entry and updates from various sources into our systems while working remotely.
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and correct any discrepancies promptly.
Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management in a remote work environment.
Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets while working remotely.
Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure timely completion of tasks and support remote workflows.
Assist with process improvements to streamline remote data entry procedures and enhance efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred (but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially while working remotely.
Comfortable working from home in a remote environment with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) or equivalent tools.
Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
Competitive hourly rate of $27–35 per hour .
