We are experiencing significant growth due to our exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. Your Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. We're looking for positive, high-energy people who can handle the "no's" with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities! We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance. Who We’re Looking For

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Must be willing to work local events and home shows
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability a must

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 signing bonus after first 90 days with the company
• $19.00 per hour
• $35 per appointment
• Bonuses on issued appointments $$ paid every two weeks
• Weekly and monthly additional bonuses
• Up to $1,000 referral bonuses
