Copywriter (Onsite)

A Houston hospital is looking for a Copywriter to help write content for storytelling, patient stories, and digital and web channels.

This is a 40-hour a week ONSITE, FREELANCE assignment located in the Medical Center that starts in January 2025. There is potential to go full-time down the road, but the initial duration will be 3-6 months to start.

The ideal Copywriter has proven experience writing human interest stories. BONUS if you have experience in the medical / healthcare industry.

In addition, the Copywriter should be able to take long form information and rework the content into short blurbs or medium length blogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Portfolio of writing samples is a MUST
• Expert level writing and editing skills
• Proficiency with AP Style
• Ability to work at a fast pace
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
