Construction Project Manager/Estimator
Minneapolis, MN - North Metro | Direct Hire | $90k-$135k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Project Manager to their team to work on earthwork projects.

Construction Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project budgets, and monitor financial progress throughout the project
• Maintain consistent communication with the field team, and proactively update and engage with clients
• Bid work, review and negotiate contract terms and subcontractor contracts
• Organize and gather project details to ensure successful execution of projects

Construction Project Manager/Estimator Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing utilities and/or earthwork construction projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to fully understand project scope, documents, and estimates
• Experienced in preparing bids and takeoffs
