Our team is dedicated to representing clients in complex construction disputes, providing expert counsel and effective solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join our firm and handle a diverse range of construction-related cases.
Position Overview:
As a Construction Litigation Attorney, you will manage litigation matters involving construction defects, contract disputes, and other related issues. The ideal candidate has experience in construction law, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in construction litigation cases, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay issues.
* Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda related to construction litigation.
* Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials in state and federal courts.
* Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including contractors, developers, and property owners.
* Collaborate with experts and consultants to build strong cases for clients.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
* Minimum of 3+of experience as a Construction Litigation Attorney or in a related field.
* Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations is preferred.
