**Salary:** $100,000 - $200,000 per year

**Job Details:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive legal advice to our clients on all aspects of construction law, including contract law, property law, planning law, and dispute resolution.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue for plaintiffs in construction disputes.
- Conduct research to inform legal proceedings, gather evidence, formulate defense strategies, and develop arguments in preparation for case presentations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
- Stay updated on changes in law, regulations, and industry trends related to construction law, and advise clients accordingly.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in any U.S. state.
- 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Some experience in construction either as an attorney or in another position such as an engineer.
