Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm; Overtime Available

Job Overview :

Our customer, a premier builder specializing in high-end custom residential projects, is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers, Concrete Pourers, and Concrete Form Carpenters to join their team. These roles are essential to delivering the precision and craftsmanship required for luxury home foundations, slabs, driveways, and architectural concrete work. The ideal candidate has strong experience in residential concrete placement, finishing, and form carpentry, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work.

Travel and lodging are provided for hired candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Perform concrete pours, leveling, floating, edging, and final finishing on high-end residential projects.
• Execute detailed and precise finishing work suited for custom and luxury homes.
• Handle architectural, decorative, or exposed aggregate finishes (preferred but not required).
• Build, install, and remove forms for residential foundations, slabs, walls, footings, steps, and other structural elements.
• Read and interpret drawings, elevations, and layout instructions for accurate formwork.
• Set grade, place rebar, and ensure proper reinforcement placement.
• Maintain form integrity, alignment, and quality control throughout the pour and curing process.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines on active job sites.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to coordinate pours and formwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or site concerns promptly.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in concrete finishing, concrete pouring, and/or concrete form carpentry (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential concrete processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality, clean, accurate concrete work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read plans and understand layout for residential foundations and structural concrete.
• Physically able to perform construction tasks (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Reliable, safety-focused, and consistent with attendance and communication.
• Willingness to travel out of state for project assignments (travel and lodging provided).
• A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
