Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our Los Angeles, CA team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with internal and external communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging. This position is ideal for a candidate eager to develop their communication skills and grow within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
Support the development and maintenance of communication materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of communication projects.
Help manage and organize company announcements, press releases, and event communications.
Maintain accurate and organized records of communication activities.
Respond to basic inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
