**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)**

**Location:** Vineland NJ
**Job Type:** Full Time, includes every other weekend, min 4 shifts/week.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our healthcare team. In this position, you will provide essential care and support to residents in a healthcare facility setting on an as-needed basis. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance to patients, including transferring and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Perform basic health care tasks as directed by a registered nurse or physician.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying up living spaces and ensuring hygiene practices are adhered to.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately in patient records.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as required.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as needed to stay current with best practices and legal regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various patient locations.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift patients and assist in movement.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Comfortable working in various home environments and adapting to changing conditions.
