Clinical Manager (LCSW or LCPC or LMFT)

A Clinical Manager (LCSW or LCPC or LMFT) is needed in Canton, IL.

Salary and Benefits

• Exempt Salary: $66,000-$81,000 based on experience.
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Dental Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Employer Pays 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental.
• Life Insurance – 1.5x annual salary (up to $50,000)
• Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5,000.
• Dependent Life Insurance provided at $2,000.
• Long-Term Disability – Employer pays 50% of employee premium.
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% match, Employer contributes 50% of gross salary.
• Up to 24 days of PTO in the first year
• 10 Paid Holidays
• 5 Health and Wellness days, available immediately
• CEU Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• Some On-call required.
• No Client Caseload for this position. Strictly a leadership/supervisory role only.
• Provides Clinical and Administrative supervision, consultation and support to assigned personnel.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Participates in agency performance improvement activities, to implement new programs or streamline or improve current programs

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience providing direct care and treatment in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
