Your Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual counseling as part of an integrated team to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will be matched with clients based on your expertise and will utilize your skills to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality virtual counseling to individuals in need
Develop personalized care plans, including goal setting and outcome tracking
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and clinical findings
Offer compassionate support to a diverse patient population
Some early evening hours may be required to accommodate clients' needs
Requirements:
Must hold an active and unrestricted license in New York as one of the following:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Or an equivalent clinical-level license
Minimum 3 years of experience providing individual therapy
Direct experience working with children ages 5-11
Competency in utilizing various counseling approaches to serve a diverse client base
Passionate about improving mental health care and supporting clients' well-being
