BGSF is partnering with a company in pre-revenue stage to hire for position of CFO.
There is an element of risk with this opportunity depending on the critical nature of the company's success to be determined during 2025 -- such that this role has potential to be in place through year-end or may continue into years beyond to grow with the company.
Strong preference towards candidates who are immediately available to onboard (without need to tender resignation).
Seeking personality traits of someone who is direct, to the point, willing to raise red flags and admit to mistakes, strong in overcoming obstacles, and interacts openly and honestly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
·Masters or MBA a plus
·CPA strong plus
·Experience in a CFO position
·Strong Accounting/Finance background
·Publicly-traded company experience REQUIRED
·SEC financial reporting experience REQUIRED
·O&G / Energy industry highly preferred
