We're currently expanding our open-deck hotshot division and are actively seeking CDL and non-CDL Hotshot Owner Operators from the Indianapolis, IN area. We specialize in hauling steel, machinery, farm equipment, pipe, OD freight and more, serving dedicated customers across the Midwest and Northeast .

Where You’ll Run:

Stay regional and profitable. We operate within:
IN, IL, MI, WI, OH, KY, TN, MO, PA, IA, NJ, NY, VA

What You Need:

• Your own reliable truck and 40ft flatbed gooseneck trailer (hotshot setup)
• CDL or non-CDL license
• Bobtail Insurance
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude
• Safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
